The rustic-contemporary dining room sits up to 8 guests, plus it features a breakfast bar and stool. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped including blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots & pans and kitchen tools. Gas stove and oven. New refrigerator, storage hood and undercabinet lights. Utility room has a new washer and dryer as well as storage shelves, ladder and more!
Principal Bedroom
The living quarters are separate from the common areas through a quiet hallway.
A large principal bedroom features a king size bed, a new smart TV, a balcony, 2 new nightstands, luggage tables, chair and a large closet. A spacious en-suite bath includes a new bathroom vanity with a precious wood countertop, side shelves and plenty of storage, a walk in shower, a tall modern toilet, fresh towels, amenities, lighted make-up mirror and a hair dryer.
The guest room
includes a full bed, and a very comfortable sofa bed. The bed is on wheels so can be turned lengthwise to accommodate the sofa bed that converts to another full size bed. It also includes a large closet with hangers and a luggage table. A full guest bathroom includes fresh linens and hair dryer.

With an unbeatable location and all the comforts of a modern apartment, this is the ideal place for short term rentals. The stylish interior, Books, board games and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. We have a Bose speaker and music CD's too.
Beach towels are provided and children's toys are available upon request.

The condo includes a new washer/dryer combo with fully stocked laundry room for the convenience of the guests as well as for quick turns on short term rentals. A locked housekeepers closet contains all the linens, paper products and maintenance items. 6 Upper closets keep the owners' personal belongings under lock and key.
